REGISTRATION FEE: $260 per SESSION (4 class meetings each)
Materials and Expendables Fee: $25 (Due in cash . Day 1)
(includes 6″x12″ 18g metal . etching supplies . P-n-P transfer film . mordant)
Registration also includes an additional 8 hours of open lab access
The Ornamental etching workshop is relatively low-tech and with a high yield fine graphic result. The etched metal is objectively beautiful on its own and can be incorporated to great effect into your jewelry pieces (If you are a Beginning student who plans on returning for the Intermediate Session this Fall, I strongly encourage you to enroll in the etching workshop. That way you will have a ton of ornamentally etched material to employ in your intermediate work, come September).
